Troubleshooting

SMART Technical Support may ask you to perform one of the following procedures:

Pay close attention to the NOTES accompanying these procedures.

Exit SMART tools, calibrate cameras, stop and start the SMART Board service, or remove SMART Notebook only if asked to do so by SMART Technical Support.
