Troubleshooting files

Issue	Recommendation
Your file contains large pictures and runs slowly when you open it in SMART Notebook software.	Export an optimized version of the file (see Reducing file sizes).
Your file was created with SMART Notebook Publisher Tools and contains text boxes that don’t display correctly.	Open the file in Compatibility mode (Opening files in Compatibility mode).
