Stopping and Starting the SMART Board Service

NOTE: Don't stop and start the service unless SMART Technical Support asks you to do so.




To stop and start the SMART Board Service

  1. Open the Welcome Centre.

  2. Press the Help/Support tab.

  1. Press SMART Board Diagnostics.




The SMART Board Diagnostics dialogue box appears.

  1. Select Service > Stop.

  2. To restart the service, select Service > Start.
