You can use the SMART Keyboard to type text. The SMART Keyboard eliminates the need for a physical keyboard.
Press SMART Board Tools in the Dock, and then select Open > Keyboard in the menu bar.
The SMART Keyboard appears.
NOTE: You can also start the SMART Keyboard by pressing the Keyboard button on the pen tray (on interactive whiteboards) or pressing the Keyboard function button (on interactive pen displays).
The SMART Keyboard is available in several views, including Classic, Number Pad and Simple. When you open the SMART Keyboard, it appears in the most recently used view. You can change the view at any time.
