Saving files

By default, SMART Notebook software saves your files in .notebook format. Anyone with SMART Notebook 9.5 or later software for Windows operating systems, Mac OS X operating system software or Linux operating systems installed on his or her computer can open a .notebook file.

To save a new file

1. Press Save.

   A dialog box appears.

2. Browse to where you want to save the new file.

3. Type a name for the file in the Save As box.

4. Press Save.

To save an existing file

1. Press Save.

To save an existing file with a new name or location

1. Select File > Save As.

   A dialog box appears.

2. Browse to where you want to save the new file.

3. Type a name for the file in the Save As box.

4. Press Save.

To save all open files

1. Select File > Save All.
