The Society for Technical Communication (STC) International Summit Awards is an annual competition that recognizes excellence in technical communication.

The SMART Meeting Pro 4.0 software Help received an award of merit in the 2014 edition of the competition. According to the competition judges, the Help “provides an easily-navigable, thorough reference for Help information for the intended product. The Help is available in mobile format to suit users on the go, and works in multiple browsers so that the audience can access the information in their preferred manner. Consequently the Help is well suited to the audience and purpose.”
