Stopping and Starting the SMART Board Service

NOTE: Do not stop and start the service unless SMART Technical Support asks you to do so.

To stop and start the SMART Board Service

1. Open the Welcome Center.

2. Press the Help/Support tab.

3. Press SMART Board Diagnostics.

The SMART Board Diagnostics dialog box appears.

4. Select Service > Stop.

5. To restart the software service, select Service > Start.
