Disconnecting the app

The app disconnects from the current session in the following situations:

  • When you close the app

  • Automatically after a period of non-use

  • When the board is outside of your mobile device’s Bluetooth communication range, which is approximately 33' (10 m)

OpenTo disconnect the app manually

  2. Tap Disconnect in the top left corner of the SMART kapp app screen, and then tap Disconnect.

    3. OR

    Hold BluetoothBluetooth icon on the board until it turns solid red.

    When you disconnect, the SMART kapp app takes a final snapshot of the board if the content has changed since the last snapshot.
