Creating Objects on a Page

You can add objects to a page, including freehand objects, shapes, lines, text, graphics and Adobe Flash content. You can:

• Write or draw freehand objects using the Pen, Creative Pen and Calligraphic Ink tools.

• Add shapes using the Shape tool, draw shapes using the Shape Recognition tool or insert regular polygons.

• Draw straight lines and arcs using the Lines tool.

• Add text using the Text tool or convert handwritten text.

• Insert graphics files or scanned images.

• Insert images from a SMART Document Camera.

• Insert Adobe Flash files or Adobe Flash video files.

• Insert SMART Response or Senteo title pages and questions.

• Add a link to an object.

• Add a sound file to an object.

• Animate objects.

NOTE: You can also create freehand objects that slowly fade, open a magnification window or open a spotlight window using the Magic Pen tool.
