Viewing hardware information and settings

You can view SMART hardware information and settings, including serial numbers and firmware versions, from the SMART Settings window.

To view hardware information and settings

  1. Press the SMART Board iconSMART Board icon in the notification area, and then select SMART Settings.

    Note 

    If your computer isn’t currently connected to an interactive product, the SMART Board icon includes an X in its lower-right cornerSMART Board icon with X.

    If your computer isn’t currently connected to an interactive product, the SMART Board icon is gray and includes an X in its lower-right cornerSMART Board icon with X.

  2. Press SMART Hardware Settings.

    If your computer is connected to more than one interactive product, the upper area of the SMART Settings window displays an image for each interactive product. Press the image of the interactive product you want to change settings for.

  3. Select Hardware Info & Settings in the drop-down list.

    Information and settings for your SMART hardware appear.

  4. Press OK to close the SMART Settings window.
