Issue

Solution

A teacher can sign in to SMART amp but can’t see the Create class option.

Add the teacher’s email address to the teacher list individually or update the Google Group to which they belong.

When a teacher tries to add a student to a class, the Emails cannot be added window appears with a message:

There is an issue adding these emails to the class.

Check the spelling and try again. If you are still having trouble, get more information.

  • Check that the student's domain is added to the Google Apps account.
  • Check that the student's domain is added to the SMART amp subscription.

Important

To ensure that SMART amp works correctly, you must add certain URLs to your network’s whitelist. See Device, browser, operating system and network recommendations for the complete list.
