Managing Lesson Activity Builder content

You can easily manage Lesson Activity Builder category content. Add new list items or add content from a previously saved list to the Super Sort, Rank Order, Match ‘Em Up!, Flip Out flip card and Label Reveal activities.

ClosedTo create new content lists

  1. In Lesson Activity Builder’s Add an Activity window, press Manage Lists.

    The Manage Lists dialog opens.

  2. Press Create New.

  3. From the drop-down list, select Content list.

  4. In Content List Name, type the name for the list.

  5. In the List Items dialog, type a list of words or add images to be saved and used later.

    1. To add an image to be saved and used later, press the Add Image icon .

      The Open dialog opens.

    2. Select the image you wish to add to the list and press Open.

      The image appears in the List Items dialog.

  6. Press Save.

ClosedTo create a new student list

  1. In Lesson Activity Builder’s Manage Lists window, press Manage Lists.

    The Manage Lists dialog opens.

  2. Press Create New.

  3. From the drop down list, select Student List.

  4. In Student List Name, type the name for the list.

  5. In the List Items dialog, type student names to be saved and used later.

  6. Press Save.

ClosedTo edit previously saved lists

  1. Select the Edit icon for the list you wish to edit.

    The Manage Lists dialog opens.

  2. Edit the name in Content List name or in List Items.

  3. Press Save.

Tips 

  • You can add content from an Excel® spreadsheet by selecting and copying the desired spreadsheet cells and pasting them into the Category content areas of the Add content dialog.
  • You can add content from a text document by selecting and copying the desired text in the text document and pasting it into the Category content areas of the Add content dialog.
