Search
When you start SMART Meeting Pro software, a new blank Whiteboard file opens automatically. You can also create or open another Whiteboard file any time you like.
Notes
SMART Meeting Pro software creates new files in the .fcw format, but you can save the files in various formats (see Saving files).
In addition to opening .fcw and .notebook files, you can insert PowerPoint and PDF files in SMART Meeting Pro software (see Inserting PowerPoint presentations and Inserting PDF files).
To create a new Whiteboard file
Select File > New.
If you were already working on a file, you’re prompted to save it.
Press Yes and follow the on-screen instructions to save your file.
OR
Press No to close your file without saving it.
A new untitled Whiteboard file opens.
To open an existing Whiteboard file
Select File > Open.
The Open dialog box appears.
Browse to and select the file you want to open.
Press Open.
