Using the workspace menu
To access the workspace menu, tap the workspace file name in the title bar.
You can
-
create a new workspace (see Creating a new workspace),
-
rename the current workspace (see Renaming the workspace),
-
save a copy of the current workspace (see Saving a copy of the workspace),
-
export the current workspace as a template (see Exporting a workspace as a template),
-
show or hide handouts (see Viewing the handout copies )
-
give all participants either view access or edit access to the current workspace (see Sharing your workspace and Changing student permissions)
